Eden Shirley is the Founder and Managing Director of AutoGuru and FleetGuru.ai, where he has spent more than a decade transforming how Australians book, manage, and maintain their vehicles online.
He created FleetGuru to address one of the fleet industry’s most enduring challenges: manual, high-friction maintenance approvals, streamlining processes and standardising costs between fleet managers and repairers. In just three years, the platform has scaled to support hundreds of thousands of vehicles and processes over half a billion in authorised repairs annually for leading fleet management organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
Under Eden’s leadership, AutoGuru has achieved national recognition, featuring in the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 and AFR Most Innovative Companies awards several times. Today, his business is expanding globally, with the vision to deliver AI-driven intelligence, automation, and predictive maintenance capabilities to fleet operators worldwide.
As President of the Australian Fleet Management Association, Eden is committed to elevating industry standards and championing the responsible use of shared data, technology, and AI to shape the next decade of fleet management in an increasingly connected and autonomous mobility landscape.
