The vision of AfMA is to promote and elevate the Fleet and Automotive Professions.

Several years ago, AfMA launched the Swinburne Graduate Certificate in Business Management (Fleet Management) . This was replaced in 2017 by the Diploma of Leadership and Management contextualised for the automotive and fleet industries.

Many fleet professionals have successfully completed either the Graduate Certificate or the Diploma of Leadership and Management.

AfMA established the AfMA Alumni to acknowledge the efforts and dedication of these present and future leaders to the  fleet and automotive industries and to create a connected group who can work in sub-committees on special projects including industry advocacy work.

Being recognised as an AfMA Alumni facilitates;

  • Development of your brand and profile
  • A sense of community within AfMA’s Alumni
  • An opportunity to be an advocate for AfMA and the industry and participate in AfMA committees.

As an Alumni,  AfMA will host your profile on the AfMA website on the Alumni page. Your profile will include your photo and a brief overview of your work history. There is no cost to being part of the AfMA Alumni however you must have completed either or both the Graduate Certificate in Business Management or Diploma of Leadership and Management and your organisation must be a current member of AfMA.

Building a career in the fleet and automotive industry takes time, experience, sacrifices and positive outcomes for you and your various organisations. Over many dedicated years you’ve grown your profile, your brand and have sort to enhance your skills and experience by obtaining university qualifications. CONGRATULATIONS!
