The all-new Jeep Compass will soon land back on Australian shores with an unrivalled combination of attributes that includes legendary and best-in-class 4×4 off-road capabilities coupled with authentic Jeep design, superior on-road driving dynamics, open-air freedom, and over 70 innovative safety and security offerings. A truly global all-new compact SUV, the Jeep Compass will be manufactured in Brazil, China, Mexico and India, for consumers in more than 100 countries around the world.

Confirmed for the Australian market and arriving in dealerships from December 2017, the Jeep Compass will be available in four different trim-level configurations: Sport, Longitude, Limited and Trailhawk.

Jeep Compass Sport

The Sport model presents as the most accessible entry-point into the all-new Jeep Compass family. With a standard 4×2 configuration, the Jeep Compass Sport is powered by the 2.4-litre Tigershark petrol engine, paired with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission is capable of producing 129kW. Preliminary additional standard features include:

Jeep Compass Longitude

The Jeep Compass Longitude arrives standard with a front-wheel-drive configuration, 2.4-litre Tigershark petrol engine, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and adds further style and comfort to the Compass range.

With standard power driver lumbar adjust, LED ambient interior lighting and passenger in seat cushion storage, customers can enjoy a luxurious driving experience. Preliminary additional features include:

Jeep Compass Limited

The Jeep Compass Limited provides customers the opportunity to choose between a 2.4-litre Tigershark petrol engine and 2.0-litre diesel engine configuration, both will paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel-drive as standard. This includes Jeep’s Selec-Terrain dial offering Auto, Sand, Mud, Snow modes for the best driving experience on all terrains.

The Jeep Compass Limited satisfies the growing diverse technological needs of today’s customers, with standard safety features such as ParkSense front and rear parking sensors and parallel & perpendicular park assist with stop.

Additionally, the Jeep Compass Limited features an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay / Android Auto. Paired with the standard 9-speaker BeatsAudio system including subwoofer, occupants will be immersed in the premium interior cabin highlighted by sculptural surface elements and precise technical detail. In addition to the many standard offerings of the Jeep Compass Longitude, the Limited variant comes with:

To earn this badge, the vehicle must conquer some of the toughest trails on the planet. Trail Rated is exclusive to Jeep Trailhawk models and the Jeep Wrangler. As such, the first-ever Jeep Compass Trailhawk delivers best-in- class off-road capability, courtesy the advanced Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 system.

The Jeep Compass Trailhawk adds the exclusive Rock mode to its Selec-Terrain control system empowering drivers tackle Mother Nature’s toughest driving conditions. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk, available with a 2.0-litre diesel engine and paired with the nine-speed automatic transmission, continues its off-roading prowess with off-road suspension and raised ride height. Following its debut at the 2016 LA Auto Show, the all-new Jeep Compass will complete the primary Jeep line up in Australia and will be available from December 2017.
