The Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA) is pleased to welcome Drew Schnehage to the AfMA Board. Drew joins following the recent resignation of long-time board member Meryl Connolly.
Many in our community will already know Drew through her role as Chairwoman of AfMA’s Women in Fleet Management (WIFM) committee. She has been a strong advocate for greater inclusion and leadership opportunities for women in the fleet industry.
Drew brings over 34 years of experience in the insurance and fleet industry. She is the CEO of Innovation Group Australia (a Solvd Group Company) and is known for her passion, creativity, and strong leadership.
Drew began her journey with Innovation Group in South Africa in 2017. Just two years later, she moved to Australia to become Managing Director, where she now leads the company’s growth and future direction. Before this, she worked as CEO of Aquarius Underwriting Managers, a successful insurance firm in South Africa.
Under her leadership, Innovation Group Australia has gone through many positive changes, with a focus on strong people leadership and future success.
Outside of work, Drew is proud of her family. Her eldest daughter has joined her at Innovation Group, and her youngest daughter is training to become a professional dancer.
AfMA is excited to welcome Drew to the board and looks forward to her ideas and leadership. Her wide experience and fresh perspective will help support the continued growth of our industry and our members.
