AfMA is extremely excited to have Deborah Bacon joining us as Industry Learning & Development Specialist. After serving the industry in various roles for over 20 years with Toyota, Audi, General Motors and more recently with SEA Electric. Deb is the ideal person to develop industry content to enhance the knowledge of individuals working in the automotive and fleet sectors.
Deborah will work with AfMA’s member organisations to develop bespoke solutions underpinned by AfMA’s Accredited Individual Member program. It’s envisaged the online accreditation courses will be augmented with educational sessions designed to complete knowledge gaps and provide professional and personal growth for participants.
Our goal is simple, assist members to understand the needs of their customers/stakeholders whilst helping them to become the best version of themselves.
