The Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA) is excited to welcome Paul McShane to the Tasmania Chapter Committee.
Paul brings over 20 years of leadership experience in sales, fleet management, and customer service. He is currently the State Manager for SG Fleet in Tasmania, where he leads the local office of 12 staff that manage a local and national customer base, which includes the Tasmanian Government fleet of around 3,000 vehicles.
Since joining SG Fleet in 2018, Paul has played a key role in growing the Tasmanian business, increasing both the size of the team and the number of vehicles under management.
Before his time at SG Fleet, Paul held sales management roles at Coca-Cola Amatil and Cadbury. He led large teams and managed accounts worth millions of dollars. His strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills have been key to his success across a range of industries.
Paul lives in Tranmere, Tasmania, and is passionate about helping others in the fleet industry grow and succeed. His deep understanding of fleet operations and team leadership will be a valuable addition to the committee.
