The Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA) is proud to welcome Luke Mitchell to the Tasmania Chapter Committee.
Luke is the Group Fleet Sales Manager and EV Specialist at JMC – Jackson Motor Company. He brings more than 17 years of fleet and automotive experience to the committee. Based in Hobart, Luke’s deep knowledge of fleet operations and his passion for electric vehicles make him a valuable addition to AfMA’s growing network of industry leaders.
Throughout his career, Luke has held key roles across well-known dealerships in Tasmania, including Hobart Mitsubishi, Hobart Kia, and DJ Motors. His leadership in fleet sales management has consistently focused on building long-term client relationships, supporting businesses in their transition to electric vehicles, and driving smarter, more sustainable fleet solutions.

Starting his automotive journey in 2007, Luke has worked his way up through dedication and a strong understanding of customer needs. His background also showcases a diverse career path showing his work ethic, creativity, and people-first mindset.
In his current role at JMC, Luke leads the group’s fleet division and plays a crucial role in expanding the company’s electric vehicle offerings across Tasmania.
