The Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA), in partnership with Isuzu UTE, has recently launched its Personal Development Series Library. This valuable educational resource offers an array of online courses designed to empower professionals at every level.

The Learning Library aims to bolster the growth and success of individuals and organisations across a wide array of essential personal development topics ranging from Emotional Intelligence to Effective Priorities Management.

It offers an enriching learning experience through 13 online courses, each approximately 60 minutes long, developed from AfMA’s acclaimed 2021, 2022, and 2023 webinars. Each course is accompanied by knowledge checks to facilitate a comprehensive learning experience. 4 more courses will be added by the end of 2023, whilst another 6 are planned for 2024.

Supplier members can access the Learning Library (valued at $60,000) for a nominal annual fee of $2000. Meanwhile, Corporate Members can access the Learning Library for free.

How it Works:

  1. Sign the License Agreement: To kickstart the learning journey, organisations are required to sign the license agreement, solidifying their commitment to harnessing the potential of the Learning Library.
  1. Receive the Personal Development Series Learning Library: Following the agreement, organisations gain access to the comprehensive Learning Library, brimming with 13 impactful courses plus others as developed.
  1. Import the Files: The next steps involve importing the courses, which are in SCORM format, into your organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  1. Allocate the Courses: Once the courses are integrated into the LMS, staff managers can allocate them based on individual development plans, ensuring a tailored learning experience for each team member.
