AfMA is very proud to launch the inaugural Women in Fleet Management Award. The award recognises the outstanding contributions of women who are advocating for and supporting other women in the fleet and automotive industries.
The new award forms part of AfMA’s commitment to attract, elevate, and empower women in the profession and celebrates excellence in leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
Open to all women at all career stages working in any fleet-related role, it aims to recognise those who demonstrate exceptional leadership, influence, and commitment to improving outcomes within their organisations and across the wider industry.
Call for Nominations
AfMA is now inviting nominations for the Women in Fleet Management Award. Nominees should be individuals who:
- Inspire and influence their peers and stakeholders
- Empower and support women within their organisations or the industry
- Serve as role models for others
- Promote the fleet industry to women
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional growth

Sponsorship Opportunity
AfMA is also seeking sponsorship partners for this award. This offers organisations a high-profile opportunity to position themselves as industry change-makers supporting diversity and leadership.
There are two sponsorship packages available which each
- Provide a high visibility opportunity at the Summit Breakfast, attended by more than 500 delegates (25% female representation)
- Feature branding across all website content and communications promoting the award, reaching over 15,000 online views per month
- Include branding at the event and the opportunity to speak and present the award
- Provide two complimentary Fleet Summit tickets (valued at $4,200 excl. GST)
