Is your organisation looking to save money, become more sustainable, or reduce emissions? Now’s your chance to secure funding through the Drive Electric NSW EV Fleets Incentive program.
Now on its second round of bidding, the program is part of the $105 million investment to bridge the cost of transitioning your fleet’s passenger, light commercial or sports utility vehicles to BEVs or FCEVs through a reverse auction process.
At the close of the first auction last 23rd February 2022, about 850 vehicles were incentivised and with a smart charging funding of $400 provided for almost all vehicles. Furthermore, the EV fleet incentives program had funded an average of $219 per tonne of CO2-e abated at the aggregate level. Don’t miss this one of a kind chance!
The initial bidding window for Round 2 will close on 14th October at 5:00 pm so don’t wait at the last minute to express your interest!
The incentive will support the purchase of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs), with additional funds available for smart base charging.
This offer is available for individual fleets operating at least 10 vehicles (including businesses, local councils, and non-government organisations) as well as for aggregators (including fleet management organisations and private businesses that offer fleet leasing arrangements to NSW customers.)
