NRSSP is hosting another free webinar next week focusing on how driving newer and safer vehicles can dramatically improve the safety of our roads.
If anyone knows about the importance of safer vehicles in reducing road injuries and fatalities, it would be emergency first responders who deal with road trauma on a daily basis. New research by NSW Police on the personal attitudes of police officers towards vehicle safety has put that to the test, with some surprising results.
During this engaging session you’ll hear from Senior Sergeant Mick Timms from the NSW Police Force. In his role as the Work Health Safety-Due Diligence Officer for Traffic and Highway Patrol Command, Mick has seen it all and this session will explore the research report and highlight some of Mick’s experiences from his 30+ years in the industry.
“The simple message is driving the safest possible vehicle is an effective way to reduce road deaths and serious injuries,” he said.
Join this free webinar to learn more about these surprising research findings.
