Aleta Gunn

Drew has 36 years’ experience in the insurance industry in South Africa. She has a strong focus on building and strengthening client relationships and has built and grown two business from ground-up.
Drew thrives in innovative and entrepreneurial environments, leads by example, and believe that hard work pays off . Drew is always willing to have open and honest conversations with her teams and staff . She upholds that nurturing and building highly effective teams helps you to be successful and that being honest establishes a sense of trust with your team.
In 2008 at the age of 32, she was offered the opportunity to start an Underwriting Agency to grow the first ever high-net worth portfolio, which had never been done before in South Africa. In 2016, her team won the Underwriting Agency of the Year award. After 7 years she sold her Underwriting Agency to Hollard Insurance in South Africa and joined their personal lines division to assist with the development of their new personal lines’ product offering.
After 2 years Drew was head-hunted to join Innovation Group in South Africa as Commercial Director. Uprooting herself to try and build a struggling business back up where nobody knew her was the challenge that Drew accepted in 2019. This move saw her leave the South African unit of Insurtech and third-party administrator (TPA) Innovation Group to lead the Australian operations in her capacity as managing director. Drew recently became the CEO of Solvd Australia as a result of the merger between Innovation Group and Control expert Australia.
Drew Schnehage

Debbie Rumble has over 18 years of experience in fleet across a range of different NSW government departments.
In 2023, Deb was appointed to the role of Senior Manager, Fleet Operations for Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI). In this role she is responsible for a diverse fleet of over 3,000 passenger, light commercial, heavy commercial and plant assets that are located across New South Wales.
Deb has been involved in many successful fleet projects across the DPHI fleet including the roll out of vehicle telematics and the introduction of a QR code prestart check for vehicles. She is currently leading the project to increase the number of EV’s in the DPHI fleet to meet whole of government targets.
In 2023 she successfully completed the Diploma of Leadership and Management offered through Swinburne University and AfMA.
Debbie Rumble

Sonja started her career and passion for the Automotive Industry in 2012 and has spent the last 6 years as General Manager for Adelaide based FMO Thyme Fleet. Sonja prides herself on her accessible, personalised and customer-centric approach to fleet management. She has a strong focus on building relationships and customising the service provided to each client around their individual needs to improve their day to day fleet operations within their business.
Sonja Fleming

Shanna Cova began her journey in Psychology and has built a career spanning over 10 years in partnership development and strategic planning. She holds dual master’s degrees: one in Data Management and Technology Innovation and another in International Business Management.
Since joining Geotab in 2018, Shanna has played a pivotal role in managing strategic accounts. Currently she is a Global Business Development Manager, leveraging her expertise in SaaS solutions and her exceptional interpersonal skills to drive the growth of multi-national channel partners in emerging markets.
Passionate about empowering women in the fleet industry, Shanna has been an active member of AFLA’s Women in Fleet Management (WIFM) task force in North America for the past three years. In this role, she has served as a resource and mentor, inspiring others to achieve personal and professional success in fleet management.
Originally from Venezuela, Shanna has also lived in Peru and now resides in the United States, bringing a rich cultural perspective to her work and leadership.
Shanna Cova

Soreya has over 20 years in the motor industry, her career started as a sales person selling Peugeots , then moved on to fleet for Holden dealerships , ending her dealership experience at Audi Centre Melbourne as their corporate manager. Soreya then decided to move to the FMO sector as a Regional Manager, working at various companies such as Summit Fleet Leasing, LeasePlan and Custom Fleet. Today she manages GML Fleet Management and heads up the Fleet Department at the Mantello Motor Group.
