The transition to electric fleets is happening now, and AUSEV® is leading the charge. They have introduced the Ford F-150 Lightning, Australia’s first fully electric 4×4 ute remanufactured in right-hand drive (RHD). Built for real-world fleet applications, the Lightning offers power, capability, and sustainability without compromise.
On Friday, 7th March 2025, AUSEV will host a National Drive Day at Lakeside Park in Queensland. This exclusive event will give fleet professionals the opportunity to experience the F-150 Lightning firsthand. Attendees can take part in race track driving, off-road 4WD testing, and demonstrations of the Lightning’s commercial fleet applications.
In addition to test-driving the vehicle, attendees will hear from Mace Hartley (AFMA) and Jake Whitehead (EV Council). VIP guests, including The Hon Luke Howarth MP, Terry Young MP, and Shane King MP, will also be present. Industry leaders from EVOS, Norweld, and Whelen will be on-site to discuss the future of electric fleets and how businesses can benefit from making the switch.
