Over the last year, we’ve seen our share of ups and downs in the global fleet industry. While some may have to take a lean approach on their new year outlook, others have also seen massive change in their professional, organisational, and personal development journeys. Nonetheless, we wish everyone significant progress, good health, and continued growth on their paths as we move forward together.
This year, AfMA celebrates 30 years as the peak industry body – linking people & knowledge, creating outcomes. As AfMA wraps up 2024, we now approach 2025 with a fresh outlook and an exciting string of events planned for all to enjoy and learn from.
2025 Fleet Education and Leadership Summit
Another year with AfMA would not be complete without the 2025 Fleet Education and Leadership Summit! This year, the summit will feature 70+ exhibitors, 50+ speakers, and 25+ educational sessions. The event will be held at Rosehill Gardens Course, Sydney on May 20 and May 21.

In partnership with Swinburne University, AfMA is once more offering its program for the Diploma of Leadership and Management. We have an array of scholarships for you to choose from if you’re looking to further your education as a business leader.

Industry Development Program
Last year, we introduced the Industry Development Program alongside our partners Geotab, Autorola, Pedders Suspension & Brakes, RedBook, Ampol, and Zurich Resilience Solutions. This 2025, we are offering this initiative once more to aid fleet professionals in succession planning to encourage and empower the next generation.

Industry Mentoring Program
Similar to succession planning, AfMA proudly offers the AfMA Mentoring Program. This new initiative runs over the course of 9 months where you can improve and further your fleet knowledge by connecting with experienced fleet professionals. Through this program, you can discuss and develop your career in fleet with the advice of your mentor and structure your career goals for the future.
