With nearly two decades in senior roles across non-profit, private, and government sectors, Sam brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to our community.
During his tenure with a prominent non-profit organisation in Western Australia, Sam managed the largest transport contract for the W.A. Public Transport Authority and oversaw operations for the state’s largest disability fleet, showcasing his strategic vision and operational prowess.
Sam’s commitment to growth led him to Easifleet, where he served as General Manager Fleet Operations. His hands-on experience and operational know-how proved invaluable, especially during the Northern Territory Government contract transition.
Previously, at Australia’s largest automotive group, Eagers Automotive, Sam excelled as Fleet Manager, shaping strategic objectives, business development, and customer service improvement. His cross-departmental collaboration skills were noteworthy.
Today, as Relationship Manager at Custom Fleet, Sam manages significant contracts in Western Australia, leveraging his extensive operational and strategic fleet experience to drive improvements in operations, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond his roles, Sam generously shares his knowledge with peers and is passionate about ‘Grey Fleet’ and ‘Chain of Responsibility (CoR).’ His deep understanding of fleet operations, automotive industry dynamics, and dealership operations is impressive.
As a people manager, Sam focuses on leadership, mentoring, and coaching high-performing teams, aligning seamlessly with AfMA’s values.
